The program of our yoga escape program is suitable for both yoga beginners and yoga practitioners. All classes are conducted in English and take place over 5 days, as well as arrival and departure days. You can start the program at any time suitable for you as we are welcoming every week new participants.
Indulge in deep relaxation with the Ayurvedic full-body massages and the Padabhyanga foot and leg massage made by our trained therapists done with body type appropriate oils.
Our teachers are really first class! With a lot of experience and knowledge about the practices of yoga, meditation, and pranayama.
The expert guidance and accompaniment of our experienced yoga instructors will allow you to deepen and renew your yoga practice.
