Wake up to a beautiful sunrise, and start your day with a energising Yoga class at 8 am in our breathtaking shala looking over the ocean.Morning classes include a physical Yoga practice, Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga, which will purify your body and build your strength.After class, you will enjoy a healthy and wholesome breakfast, based on your Ayurvedic dosha type.Enjoy a relaxing Ayurvedic massage treatment, planned specifically for you, by the Indian Ayurvedic doctor.
Spend the day as you please in the tropical surroundings - either by exploring the beaches or the busting bohemian market - the choice is yours!We will meet for a relaxing Yoga class at 5 pm. Listen to the calming sounds of the ocean, as you start to deeply let go.Afternoon classes feature Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing.
