This retreat – I know – will be one in a million. I pour my heart and soul into my retreats to provide transformational and incredible experiences for every single person who attends. Sri Lanka is magical, so combining it with twice daily Yoga, Meditation, nature, Self-enquiry, and spirituality as well as dancing, laughing, crying, singing and both old and new friends is a winning combination for a trip of a lifetime.
This retreat is centered around Soul Seeking.During our 8 days together you will rediscover yourself over and over again and come home to yourself. Take this opportunity to dive deeply into your yoga practice surrounded by like-minded individuals to share it with. Discover your beauty and soul! Shed what you need to let go of and discover your most radiant self. Find more compassion for yourself and for others, learn to seek the soul and the sacred in everything.
Our days:
Wake to herbal tea/coconut water, morning Dynamic Vinyasa Flow & Meditation (2hrs) followed by a delicious brunch prepared by the private chefs.The middle of the day is free time for you to go on a day trip, snorkel/swim, journal, hike, surf, relax, read, rest, have a treatment/massage, take a dip in the pool, or explore!We will gather again at 5 pm for a yin class before dinner.It's happening, and we'd love for your to join us on the journey.
Please note: All levels are welcome on the retreat, you do not need to be an experienced yogi however you will get the most out of the retreat if you have practiced yoga before.
