Donna Amrita Davidge has been teaching yoga full time in NYC since the mid 80's and continues studies and teaching in Kundalini, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Dharma-influenced Yoga. She has taught tens of thousands of students in many varied environments and prefers small groups and more personalized experiences as a teacher. As an, E-RYT 500, she teaches small teacher trainings in Maine as well as ongoing daily retreats with attention to individual sites.

Ajeet is a creative spirit, performance artist, master yogi, mom, and teacher.Her specialty is Kundalini Yoga and meditation, children's teacher training and Svaroopa©yoga.Her popular Children's Dancing Spider Yoga Teacher Training, teaches teachers and parents, therapists, and place-based educators, how to intuitively and easily share yoga and meditation with families, communities schools and in libraries.Taught extensively throughout the East Coast, she spends time both performing and teaching children in the school system and in libraries as well as having a therapeutic private practice for those with chronic pain, or suffering from deep loss, trauma and are willing to go within to fully heal.

She is blessed to have studied directly with the master of Kundalini Yoga, Yogi Bhajan and his wife, Bibi Ji, from 1987-2002.She is a devoted student now of Sadhguru Nirmalanada of Svaroopa Vidya Ashram in Downingtown, PA. Now, Ajeet is a happy spirit doing her life's work through yoga trainings, classes, community gatherings, and festivals. She has inspired the Southerners to do Kundalini Yoga and meditation for the past 20 years.Her specialty is working with children and families - intersecting art, theatre, and yoga into a seamless ecstasy of fun, uplifting joy.
