Inhale the energy of the breathtaking island of Kamadhoo in The Maldives. A magic vacation to escape from your routine and find calm. Your time will be filled with our deeply relaxing and nurturing Yoga practices that will restore and rejuvenate your body, and your mind and free your spirit.
Feel refreshed and energized with our Yoga program and embrace your free spirit connecting with the magic of Kamadhoo, a Maldives island experience.
DAY 1: Guest Arriving
- Upon arrival at Velana International Airport in Male, our staff will receive you and take you directly to your transfer to Kamadhoo where your journey begins.
- Evening - Welcome Inc Circle and talk through the retreat schedule
- Dinner
- Free time & settling in
DAY 2: Open your senses and connect to the Kamadhoo Nature Energy!
- 6 am - 7 am - Pranayama / Yoga Qi Flow a fluid energetic awakening flow to embrace the 5 elements of the Maldive's nature (Sand, Ocean, Sun, Air, Spirit)
- 7 am - 7:30 am – Meditation with eyes open to absorb the total beauty of the whole
- 8 am - 10 am - Breakfast
- 10 am - 5 pm - Free Time: Relax/Explore/ Excursions
- 5 pm - 6:30 pm - Yin Yoga, focusing to afford any challenges in stillness without attachments emotionally and physically
- 7 pm - onwards - Dinner and Free Time
DAY 3: Earth Energy – I live in serenity in the present moment!
- 6 am - 7 am - Pranayama/Yoga Qi Flow, grounding postures you will reset your root energy feeling free like birds
- 7 am – 7:30 am – Meditation in the sound of LAM and positive affirmations to embrace your true self.
- 8 am - 10 am – Breakfast
- 10 am - 5 pm - Free Time: Relax/Explore/ Excursions
- 5 pm – 6:30 pm - Restorative Yoga poses to Surrender to the Earth
- 7 pm - onwards - Dinner and Free Time
DAY 4: Water Energy – I let myself go to the flow of life!
- 6 am - 7 am - Pranayama/Yoga Qi Flow, flowing postures to balance your divine feminine part, to improve the capacity to embrace the change, to experience, to free out your emotions, and creativity, to enjoy life.
- 7 am - 7:30 am – Meditation in the sound of VAM and positive affirmations to love yourself
- 8 am - 10 am - Breakfast
- 10 am - 12 pm - Sandbank Excursion, let's enjoy the magic of nature, back for Lunch Time
- FREE TIME
- 5 pm - 6:30 pm – Restorative Yoga poses to express and move fluidly through your essential emotional nature
- 7 pm - onwards - Dinner and Free Time
DAY 5: Fire Energy – I am capable of everything!
- 6 am - 7 am - Pranayama/Yoga Qi Flow, you will embrace your power through postures that give you mobility, warmth, transformation, and light
- 7 am - 7:30 am - Meditation in the sound of RAM and positive affirmations to access your personal power
- 8 am - 10 am - Breakfast
- 10 am - 5 pm - Free Time: Relax/Explore/Excursions
- 5 pm - 6:30 pm - Yin Yoga, to find a balance between confidence and humility
- 7 pm - onwards - Dinner and Free Time
DAY 6: Air Energy – I am love and through love, I embrace my Self-realization!
- 6 am - 7 am - Pranayama/Yoga Qi Flow, with the movement of the QI Flow, your life energy, and asana postures, will help you tune into the love that exists within you and expand your capacity to love unconditionally.
- 7 am - 7:30 am - Meditation in the sound of YAM and positive affirmation to expand compassion for yourself and others
- 8 am - 10 am - Breakfast
- 10 am -12 - Snorkeling trip (a magnificent experience due to the beauty of a wide array of marine species)
- 5 pm - 6:30 pm - Yin Yoga, I forgive myself and others, I live in peace
- 7 pm - onwards - Dinner and Free Time
DAY 7: Ether Energy- Through this energy element I practice myself to help cultivate more clarity and space where all is possible, my inner communication, and all world!
- 6 am - 7 am - Pranayama/Yoga QI Flow, through the postures in stillness creates space and connect with your inner part, the Divine within you
- 7 am - 7:30 am - Meditation in the sound of HAM and positive affirmations to awaken your expression center
- 8 am - 10 am - Breakfast
- 10 am - 5 pm - Free Time
- 5 pm - 6:30 pm – Restorative Yoga, stillness and resilience, the ability to relax and to self-soothe
- 7:00 pm - onwards - Dinner and Free Time
DAY 8: Departure back home - How wonderful have met you!
- 7:30 am – all at the beach the last swim together to embrace the beauty around you!
- Time for a shower
- 8 am – 10 am – Breakfast
- 10 am – onwards – Departures for guests
