You will learn a special breathing technique while you are floaitng within warm healing hot springs to help you relax, reconnect to your higher self, and receive answers from within.

These practices help you generate mana or (spiritual power) by connecting your sacred Ha breath with the healing waters of life within your body and around you.

Your mystical Hawaiian journey begins with traditional Hawaiian chants. If desired we will meet with native Hawaiian elders to help you connect with the spiritual essence of Hawaii and bestow blessings, protection, and proper guidance upon you.

You will receive one on one Aqua Yoga Inward Dance instructions to help nurture your body, sensuality, inner child, and higher self.
