Description
list the major aspects of your Retreat you would like to bring forward (make it concise)
Give yourself a moment to ask how the year has gone for you, ask yourself if you are having the best year of your life or the worst. If you are so caught up in day-to-day living and demands that you really have no idea how this year is going but you are pretty sure your last year's resolutions were not accomplished.Take a moment to stop what you are doing and breathe. Doesn't it feel great? For 3 days let us guide you through Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga asana classes in the open air Yoga Shala.Along the way, you will discover tools such as meditation and mindfulness as well as look at the chakras and Ayurveda to deepen your understanding of how you really are.
We will listen to the natural rhythms of nature from the moment you rise until the moment it lullabies you to sleep which reminds us to find and follow our own gentle flow and gives us permission to relax and unwind in this mystical country of Cambodia. How are you really? Yoga, meditation and mindfulness retreat is specifically designed to accommodate any level of experience, age or gender.Sarah will guide you through the whole week using over 5 years of teaching experience (and lifetime student!) to blissfully meander from one of the 8 limbs of yoga to another. With her lighthearted nature and relaxed attitude to life, she will share her wisdom and experience so you can leave the week fully prepared so when you are next asked How are you, really?, you will be able to reply, with zest "I am the best I have ever been!"
