With a luxuriously rustic vibe, you’ll find privacy, tranquillity, and beauty on your fitness boot camp holiday in this previous coconut estate facing the Indian Ocean.Rest well in our vibrant island escape designed in harmony with nature, blending and co-existing with the island’s native environment.Recharge in a morning yoga flow, go wild and learn to play again at our beach boot camp sessions and enjoy nutritious food with seasonal, local ingredients. You will leave the retreat feeling reconnected and have the tools to continue this mental, spiritual and physical journey you are embarking on.
You will have 3 daily nutritious e using all fresh and local ingredients. To keep you fit, there will be group exercise sessions such as CrossFit, Calisthenics, and primal movement. You will learn about the techniques on how to live a healthy lifestyle through educational workshops and discussions on, goals, habits, mindfulness, and nutrition. You will leave the retreat feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
