Day 1 Monday
- Day of arrival: relax and take your time to get comfortable. Enjoy some fresh juices and take a dip in the pool.
- Personal growth: Answering important life questions to help you craft a clear vision and mission for your life. Let’s get excited about the new life you will design for yourself! This followed by a guided meditation
- At sunset, you will do a Vinyasa class on the rooftop
- You’ll have dinner together at the villa
- Welcoming ceremony with a fire show
Day 2 Tuesday
- Sunrise rooftop yoga
- Breakfast at the villa
- Personal growth: Setting short-term and long-term life goals. Mi Vida Yoga Retreats will take the time to evaluate your goals and together you will start making a plan to take the first steps towards reaching those goals. Can you feel the change coming? Let’s do it! This followed by a guided meditation
- Acro yoga
- Lunch at the villa
- Tour to a beautiful yoga place in Tulum with a majestic garden. Enjoy the art walk!
- Dinner at the villa
Day 3 Wednesday
- Sunrise rooftop yoga
- Breakfast at the villa
- Personal growth: Personal growth: Create a clear strategy, making reaching the goals inevitable.
- Followed by a guided meditation
- Lunch at the villa
- Swimming in a breath-taking cenote (optional: freediving/scuba diving)
- Sunset yoga on the beach
- This evening there will be no dinner at the villa, so you can enjoy diner at the beautiful beach or in the homely town of Tulum
Day 4 Thursday
- Morning yoga class at the breath-taking lagoon Kaan Luum
- Breakfast at Kaan Luum
- Personal growth: Make a weekly and monthly action plan and taking action on them the same day. This followed by a guided meditation
- This afternoon there will be no lunch at the villa, so you can enjoy lunch at the beautiful beach or in the homely town of Tulum
- Sunset yoga on the rooftop
- Dinner at the villa
Day 5 Friday
- Sunrise rooftop yoga
- Breakfast at the villa
- Personal growth: Create a quarterly project plan for your biggest goals, sharing them with the group and crafting an accountability system. Followed by a guided meditation to get you focused on your new life
- Lunch at the villa
- Time to explore
- Sunset yoga on the rooftop
- Dinner at the villa
- Sound healing session in town
- (Optional: stay in town for a night out ;) )
Day 6 Saturday
- Sunrise rooftop yoga
- Breakfast at the villa
- Personal growth: Visualisation, accountability plan, committing to your new life
- Guided meditation
