5 Day Yoga & Meditation in Mountain & Wellness Resort, Austria

Your daily routine is clearly structured consisting of

• 2 times daily output of 1.5 hours of yoga units, breathing exercises (pranayama), body exercises (asanas) and relaxation (Savasana)
• 2 meditation units and mantra chanting (for stress reduction, more eye affectionate awareness, and peace of mind)
• Profound discussions: consciousness. Yoga. Coping with stress. Nutrition. Yoga in everyday life.
• After a few days, you will feel relaxed and feel the positive effects of this intensive yoga program.

Arrival day:

• 16:00: Welcome drink and introduction to the program
• 16:30 - 18:45: Asanas (yoga postures ), pranayama (breathing techniques) relaxation techniques, meditation, and lectures
• 19:00: vegetarian/vegan 6-course dinner

Between days :

• 6:30: meditation, lectures & mantra chanting
• 7:15 - 8:45: Asanas (yoga postures ), Pranayama (breathing techniques) relaxation techniques
• 9:00: breakfast brunch buffet experience
• After this free program: guided hiking or on your own, spa treatments, golf, ski, relax or free time, program organized by the hotel
• 16:30 - 18:00: Asanas (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) relaxation techniques, meditation, and lectures
• 19:00: Vegetarian/vegan 6-course dinner

Leaving day:

• 6:30: Meditation, lectures & mantra chanting
• 7:15 - 08:45: Asanas (yoga postures ), Pranayama (breathing techniques) relaxation techniques

Traditional Hatha Yoga, Yoga asanas and pranayama with relaxation after Sivananda Yoga

In our yoga classes & open hours, we teach in 90 minutes of classical Hatha Yoga Sivananda consisting of sun salutation and 12 asanas basic positions (variations), pranayama and relaxation techniques. Life Enriching mutagenicity and you will experience your yoga future.

Sivananda Yoga is suitable for all levels (individual adjustment), joined at any time.
