Our time together is co-created with your intentions for a healthy life in this new year 2023 - all centered around music, nourishment, sharing peaceful moments, and plenty of fun and joy!Upon the evening of your arrival, you will be welcomed with a light dinner, followed by a live-music cacao ceremony the next day to set intentions for your experience with us.Daily activities are planned as well as abundant free time, giving you the time and space that you need to focus on yourself, being able to let go of the stressful everyday life, finding true guidance for new directions and to open your heart fully to the magic of Costa Rica, being serenaded and surrounded by the loving nourishment of Pranamor.
We will share practices each day including yoga, breathwork, and mantra meditation.Each day will also include practices and tools for guided visualization through sound journey, singing, vocal activation and breathwork - as each guest's intentions and desires are expressed and shared.Learn how a functioning liver can support your heart, brain, immune system, skin, and gut. Improve sleep, balance blood sugar, lower blood pressure, lose weight and look and feel younger. It is about being clear-headed, more peaceful, and happier and about being able to adapt to fast-changing times.
Daily Yoga
Whether you are a complete beginner in meditation or yoga, you have been practicing for some time, or you are an experienced meditation or yoga teacher, this program will empower you with profound knowledge, wisdom, and a fresh perspective on yourself.You and only you, hold the key to positive self-transformation in your own hand and it is your responsibility to turn that key.All you need to do is to learn to truly let go and believe in yourself consistently during this extraordinary self-journey.In the yoga practices, you'll learn different styles of practice including Vinyasa, Restorative, and Kundalini Yoga, to help you develop greater body awareness, learn to listen to your body, and flow effortlessly into stillness and inner harmony in order to experience the truth of who you are.
Meditation
In the meditation practices, you’ll practice various techniques of meditation and visualization.These practices give meditation beginners a great chance to kick start their meditation practice and experienced practitioners a wonderful opportunity to learn other techniques of meditation.You’ll make many new discoveries about yourself and open up to new perspectives and beliefs that will transform your inner world.
Breathwork
In the breathwork practices, you’ll be guided through different breathing techniques and learn to harness the phenomenal power of your own breath; to release physical and emotional blockages, pain, and trauma; and feel perfectly safe and grounded in the present moment using the breath as your anchor.
Nourishing Food
Our retreat includes 3 dinners out at our favorite restaurants serving plant-based nourishment - the remainder of the meals are on your own so you can explore the local flavors in the vibrant surrounding neighborhoods. We are happy to also coordinate a personal chef at an additional cost.Fern and Maxim will share practices and meditations from the Law of Attraction, plus Wim Hof breathwork techniques, yoga, music, movement, and meditation to help you transform your thoughts and beliefs to manifest your intentions and come into greater connection with your self and your true nature.
