Broaden your understanding of meditation and begin your own practice with this 3-day, 4 nights private meditation and yoga retreat.
Everyone can meditate but one size doesn’t fit all. This retreat offers:
- A clear introduction to meditation as a time-honored and scientifically studied practice that literally changes your brain
- Useful warm-ups, concentration exercises, yoga postures and breathing practices that will prepare your body and mind
- Initiation into a variety of meditation styles from diverse traditions that will help you discover what actually works for you
The residential retreat includes:
- Approximately 9 hours of teaching:
- Meditation and yoga classes every day
- Discourses on scientific research and esoteric meditation philosophies
- 1 hour therapeutic Balinese massage session
- 4 nights accommodation
- 2 detoxifying and nourishing vegan meals per day
Optional:
- Airport transfer for residential guests
- Additional meals beverages and supplements
Accommodation will be arranged at Samyama and/or selected resorts walking distance from the yoga hall. There are several options for different budgets so the retreat can be accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Please note, including arrival and departure days the total length of the retreat is 5 days, however the retreat activities take place over 3 days.
