- 13:30 - 14:30 Balinese Lunch
- 14.30 - 15.30 Spa Treatment
- 16:00 - 19:00 Afternoon Yoga Session every other day & Balinese cultural activities/excursions
- 19:00 - 20:30 Delicious dinner
Day 2 - 3
- 07.30 -08.00 Morning Fresh Juice
- 08:00 - 09:30 Morning Vinyasa/Hatha & meditation classes led by our experienced instructors
- 09:30 - 10:30 Yummy Balinese breakfast
- 13:00 - 14:00 Delicious Indonesian lunch
- 14.00 – 16.00 SPA treatment and Relaxation "Me Time"
- 16:00 - 17:30 Afternoon Yoga Session every other day & Balinese cultural activities/excursions
