Your day could look like this:
- 08:00 a 9:30 - yoga session to get the mind and body moving or surfing class.
- 09:30 - 11:00 - Delicious and healthy vegan breakfast
- 10:00 11:30 - Yoga class
- 13:00 Communal vegan lunch
- During the afternoon, you have time for a relaxing massage, meditation, or Reiki session (not included) or a little time to yourself, a siesta in the hammock, and more.
- 17:00 a 18:30 - relaxing yoga session
- 2 surf lessons in total
- 2 yoga classes per day
- Accommodation in a private room or private bungalow
- Use of all the common areas (kitchen, natural pool, and more...)
- Fruit water, smoothies, tea, coffee all-day
