We offer a complete holistic experience - your days will begin with the practice of Pranayama, the breathing technique followed by the practice of the Ashtanga Vinyasa, an energetic discipline to detoxify and regenerate the mind and the whole body system.
As the sun goes down you will say goodbye to the day with the practice of Yin, a deep nourish discipline to rest, alleviate tension and develop mindfulness.
After the yoga class you will enjoy the healing therapy with the Reiki sessions and the regenerative Ancient Roman Massage. And to run off the day the eclusive free access to the Spa where you can merge into the hot springs water located into the Villa.
You can also enjoy the multiple proposal that Villa Borri can offer to you or be free to visiting the cozy villages around like Lari, Volterra or the famous Pisa or the magnificent Florence.
Absolute beginners are more than welcome! As yoga isn't just physical practice, but also a lifestyle, we think that our retreat is the ideal place to begin your yoga experience, getting in tune with nature and its cycles. Of course, it is ideal for experienced yogis, too.
