Program description
YogaBreezeBali has developed a unique yoga training program that combines the philosophical fundamentals and traditional Indian practices with its modern vision.
Our training is a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa practice with specially designed topics to accompany you on the path of yoga. We will provide you with a solid foundation to become responsible and confident teachers.
You will be able to create intelligent and creative sequences and learn to teach in accordance with the fundamentals principles of yoga while keeping your own voice.
Main Topics
Asanas training and practice: the first days will be dedicated to the Pawanmuktasana series and basic asana. During the following weeks, we will integrate various asanas in an intelligent order of progression with a minimum of 4 hours of asana practice daily.
Pranayama: through daily practice and theory, we will learn different breathing techniques and how breathing can influence the flow of prana in the nadir.
Meditation: through discussions, readings and daily practice, we will learn and explain the concepts of meditation, states of mind, consciousness and the path of liberation.
Anatomy and physiology: you will learn the basics of anatomy and physiology related to yoga and discover the subtle energy body that yoga harmonizes.
Philosophy and history: we will study the basic philosophy, concepts, and history of yoga and question how we can integrate these concepts into our modern lifestyle.
Teaching methodology: you will begin to practice teaching from day one. We will provide you with the pedagogical knowledge, tools, and tips you need to teach freely.
Teaching practice: leading your own class is one of the most important aspects of your training to feel confident. This module Includes teaching, observing and assisting.
The art of sequencing will focus on the intelligent and creative skill of sequencing.
Yoga introduction will give you the opportunity to explore various yoga styles.
