The time during the intensive training will be grounded in meditation and applying the philosophy and practice of yoga to your daily life.Each student will have the opportunity to practice teaching small groups.This transformative 15-day intensive will open doors of perception and catalyze shifts in the way you relate to yourself, each other, and your yoga practice.
Each student will leave this 200-hour intensive with practical knowledge of 45 traditional poses, embodied practice designing sequences, and the confidence to inspire students to love their bodies through the practice of yoga.The most important thing you can do to prepare for this intensive is to cultivate your personal yoga practice. You will need to spend time on your mat. Just spread out your mat and explore what feels good in your body. Set aside 15 minutes every day for the practice of yoga.
