We advise you to bring following items for the course in Goa ( You can also purchase once you arrive):

A light shawl or winter jacket or both for Dec-Mid Feb courses.

Yoga mat (can also be purchased locally)
Neti pot if you have your own, if not you will provide one for you
Beach attire and adequate yoga clothes
Flashlight and mosquito repellent

Visa Information

You need only Tourist visa/E-tourist visa to attend this program. Attending a short-term yoga program and short duration medical treatment under Indian systems of medicine in the list of permissible activities under tourist/E-tourist Visa. You DO NOT need Student Visa/Study Visa to attend this Yoga Program
If you choose to apply for Student Visa/ Yoga visa you need an admission letter from us. So, please let us know and we would be happy to send you an admission letter by email. A student Visa/Yoga Visa is generally more expensive and complicated as compared to the tourist visa. Most of the yoga practitioners or students who come to India to study yoga also travel the country as tourists before or after the course. It also happens many times that there are people already in India on a tourist visa and they decide to join the yoga course while being on tourist visa
We have observed that most of the yoga practitioners in India come on tourist visas as they find it simpler, easier, and cheaper. It’s up to you which visa you want to apply for. **Please remember that if you choose to apply for a tourist visa then you should mention ‘tourism’ as the purpose of visit in your visa application form. If you choose to apply for a ‘yoga visa/student visa’ then you should mention ‘yoga’ as the purpose of the visit
It is also recommended that you apply for the visa in time at an Indian consulate in your country \Online for an e-Tourist Visa so that you can plan your trip with no hassle. Sarvaguna Yoga does not take any responsibility in this regard.

TripAdvisor rated Agonda beach as the number 1 beach in India and 2nd in Asia.Being located in southernmost part of Goa, is a calm, isolated and very beautiful beach in Goa.It’s a small beach with 3-km long stretch with beautiful mountains lying on both sides of the beach forming a curvature like, which enhances its splendor.With pure waters, sandy slopes, captivating sunsets, green surroundings, Agonda Beach is a quieter, hassle-free and has relatively less “tourist” inflow.

Agonda is comfortably away from Railway and Bus stations which keeps it reasonable away from the daily inflow of single day-trip tourists and maintains its calm, peaceful atmosphere, most of the time.One can peacefully relax and meditate on the beach as there will not be any disturbance and distraction from salesmen, hawkers, masseurs, etc. as they are not allowed by the local officials guarding the beach.
