- Guidelines on yogic lifestyle and diet
- Spiritual philosophy discussions
- Question and answer sessions on spiritual yoga
Sample daily schedule
- 7 – 8:30 am – Mantra chanting, pranayama, and guided meditation
- 8:30 -10 am – Yoga Asana
- 10 am Breakfast
- 11 am -1:30 pm- Free time/ Local trips
- 1:30 pm- Lunch
- 4 Pm- Tea
- 4:15 pm – 5 pm – Yogic Philosophy/ Question and answer sessions
- 5-6 pm – Yoga Asana Class
- 6-7 pm- Guided Meditation/ Yoga Nidra/ Yogic cleansing-Neti
- 7 Pm- Dinner
