All yoga classes are conducted by an International Yoga and Mindfulness teacher and can be practiced by beginners and intermediate yogi’s alike.Classes are tailored to students’ abilities and interests. The morning class, included in your package, can be followed by either an afternoon, evening, or sunset session.Each class includes a short introduction to yoga philosophy, breathing practices, and a physical poses sequence, ending with a guided relaxation to balance body, mind, and spirit.
Guests can also choose to take a workshop. Those offered include: ‘mindfulness meditation’ and ‘yoga breathing techniques for divers’.A half-mile private sandy beach and a turquoise lagoon are some of the ingredients to experience an authentic and relaxing holiday at an outstanding value.
