Here at Dukuh, there are no crowded touristy scenes or busy commercial streets filled with polluted air, you’ll enjoy fresh tropical beauty, authentic Balinese village scenery, and architecture, and take part in Hindu spiritual ceremonies that are omnipresent in local Balinese life since thousands of years ago.We offer 90-min morning yoga session every single day.Yoga styles taught at our resort are General Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Power Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Prenatal, Yin & Restorative Yoga.Our yoga sessions are especially effective for connecting our body and mind; boosting the immune system; and achieving holistic wellbeing and optimal mental health.
