The Relaxation Break has been designed for you to reconnect with your mind and body, and give you the opportunity to find your balance through mental strength and stress reduction. You will participate in activities that release your tensions and concerns, with sound bath therapies, mindfulness or yoga sessions, and pampering massages that will get your blood circulation smoothly running and make you feel reborn.
Enjoy the exotic, desert-like landscapes with magical sunsets and sunrises, but most of all, relax at your own pace and let our lovely hosts look after you and guide you through Meditation, Yoga, and Wellness sessions throughout the day!You have the choice to choose a five-day (4 nights) short break program, which is ideal for individuals who are able to travel for a prolonged weekend for example, or a full week (8 days/7nights) program, which is highly recommended if you want to get more out of your experience!The 8 day program includes a full day hiking excursion with Yoga on the beachfront in Los Gigantes!
