This retreat is quietly gathering a devoted following of yogis who come back year after year. Our program is centered around morning meditation and yoga, afternoon yoga, and evening meditation.Mornings start early with the sound of the gong rousing you from your slumber, then you make your way to the shala to practice meditation as the sun rises over the mountains of Northern Thailand. Afternoon yoga and meditation puts the perfect cap on your day.
The morning yoga session challenges your limits and embraces your inner potential.
