The 7 day Yoga retreat at Shivoham Yoga is the perfect escape for you to dive deep into your yoga practice, relax, unwind, chill & enjoy the beach vibes in Goa.We are away from all the commercial places and live very close to nature. We are a group of Yoga lovers who live like a family and believe in awakening to your unique mission.Start your mornings with the power of Pranayama followed by a gentle yet strong Hatha Flow.The Yoga classes are designed to help build a strong connection between body, mind, and soul, and are welcome for all levels from beginners to advanced. You will be provided with modifications and props to support your practice.
After the morning practice, you will enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast by the beach! After that, you will attend a Yoga Philosophy lecture by one of our lead trainers, in this lecture you will learn about some key concepts from the Yogic Tradition.Afternoons you will have some free time with lunch and evening you will practice a dynamic style of Yoga Flow based on Ashtanga Vinyasa.You will also learn some fun drills that will help you improve strength, core stability, and flexibility.
We end our day with a Meditation session guided by our lead trainer.Throughout the Yoga Retreat, you will be guided by our Yoga experts and they will help you grow in your yoga practice and guide you throughout.We also have our private beach where you can watch those mesmerizing sunsets, take a moment to sit back and relax, read a book, journal, self-reflect, dance, and just be!A one-week week yoga retreat will attune you to the yogic life. You will understand the ancient old yoga tradition and will lead you on a journey of discovering your true self.
