Many people put too much effort and energy into their professional careers and forget that we are more than just successful professional workers.In this retreat, we will give importance to several other areas that contribute a lot to our wellbeing and quality of life. It is our goal that you can recharge and maybe even find inspiration to take back home.
Practicing physical exercise, having healthy nutrition, and taking care of our mind with meditation and mindful movements as well as a good night’s sleep in our comfy beds. Being close to nature, connecting with like-minded people and a change of scenery make it perfect for you to relax and escape everyday life.
