Our 7-day retreat offers a deeper understanding of how you can use yoga asanas for mental health. Through the practice of some asanas our energy level, mind patterns, and habits can be changed.You will discover the role of breathing in your life and how it creates opening and change in the self. A better quality of breath gives you a better quality of life.Besides yoga asana and pranayama we will work with the 5 elements to heal and detoxify physically, mentally, and emotionally.
You will get an understanding and experience of how we can cure our body and mind without the use of any herbs or medicine.Our focus is especially on emotional detoxification kriyas: how you can release the side effects of your negative emotions. The detoxification with 5 elements include mud and water treatments, breathing techniques as well as teachings on how you can increase the fire element and ether element (fasting). The purpose of this retreat is to help the body and mind heal so that you can gain more inner stability and strength to deal with situations in life.
YOGA POSTURES (ASANA)
There will be daily Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga classes which help increase physical strength, inner strength, and the natural flexibility of the body and mind.
MEDITATION (Dhyana)
Meditation is a systematic practice that promotes physical, mental, and emotional tranquillity. It increases the vital energy in the body and gives you more aliveness, good blood circulation, and a relaxed nervous system.

YOGA NIDRA (PSYCHIC SLEEP)
When a yoga practitioner moves through the various internal states of Yoga Nidra, a profound experience of relaxation occurs. This is called "Suriya," a sensation of pure bliss. This will cover basic relaxation, tension relaxation, and full-body relaxation
YOGIC CLEANSING (SHATKARMA)
Yogic cleansing exercises are important to learn how to incorporate your breath and meditate properly during the physical aspects of yoga. It also removes the blockages in the energy channels. This will include

BODY and EMOTION DETOXIFICATION PROGRAM
Emotional blockage techniques are a combination of removing knots in the body through pressing points, breathing techniques, release through sound and laughter, and meditation. It is a four-day program and very effective to release the effect of negative emotions and other toxins in the body.
