At the heart of all our retreat programs are the buddhist practices of samatha and vipassana meditation (calm abiding & insight), and daily 2h hatha yoga classes, to relax and strengthen the mind and the body. As a support to cultivate more self-awareness and mindfulness, we employ the practice of noble silence during the retreat, and work with no more than eight guests at a time. For those who have participated in one of our guided retreats before and experienced meditators, we also offer solitary silent retreat and dark retreat options.
If you wish to deepen your meditation and yoga practice, and enjoy a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere, you’re happily welcome here. All our retreats start on Fridays and end on Thursdays.
