Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course has been meticulously crafted for people of all ages, physical abilities, and prior experience with yoga.
The pace of the course will allow beginners to easily grasp the teachings while giving experienced students ample opportunity to deepen their practice and understanding.
Whether you are new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, a teacher or someone looking for more peace of mind, this course will provide you with new life-changing perspectives.
- Deepen your practice: Apply the tools of yoga to your own practice and experience a greater level of physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
- Increase your awareness: Gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your thoughts, emotions, and actions.
- Practice authentic yoga: Explore the ancient philosophy, breathing techniques, and meditation practices of yoga for a holistic perspective.
- Share your passion: Become a certified teacher and learn how to deliver effective, safe, and inspiring yoga classes.
- Embody the yogic lifestyle: Our private beach resort offers the ideal environment to deepen your practice and connect with nature.
Our yoga school and training program are registered and approved by Yoga Alliance, which means that you will receive training that meets their standards for minimum hours for techniques and training, teaching methodology, anatomy and physiology, yoga philosophy, and practicum.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will qualify for RYT200 certification, which will open many doors for you if you wish to teach internationally.
At One Yoga, we believe in providing our students with the necessary tools and opportunities to become confident and competent yoga teachers.
That’s why we offer our newly graduated students the unique opportunity to continue their practical training by teaching free yoga classes to the local community.
This hands-on experience allows you to put into practice what you have learned in the training and to gain valuable teaching experience in a supportive and familiar environment.
Furthermore, the extended practicum provides you with the opportunity to give back to the community and to share your passion for yoga with others.
This is entirely optional, and you are free to choose whether you wish to participate or not.
The course fee includes healthy vegetarian breakfast and lunch buffets on all teaching days. Start your day with a nutritious breakfast, such as tropical fruit with coconut yogurt and granola or hearty scrambled tofu.
Lunch includes a variety of salads, curries, and other meals from Thai, Indian, and Western cuisines. For dinner and on your days off, you will find many restaurants with plant-based options within walking distance from our center.
Our teachers are sincere yogis with decades of experience in yoga and meditation and a deeply personal practice. They will share their diverse gifts with you from an authentic and heart-centered place of service.
