What is the Booking process?

As per the availability of your Retreat, the Customer will “pre”book his/her seat for your Retreat by paying a deposit of  15% of the total Retreat amount.

For every new Booking you will receive a notification by email.

This amount will be retained and will only be withdrawn from the customer’s account once the booking/order is validated on your side.

Every booking done by the customer will be in pending status for 48 hours maximum so that you as the host, can double check the availability and confirm it on the platform.

Your Pending Bookings list is available on your Dashboard.

Below the Booking list, you’ll have the widgets to validate or decline the bookings in pending status.

 >> Make sure to confirm bookings within 48 hours to maintain trust and transparency to our guests.

 

Once confirmed the booking status will be updated within a few hours, and the customer will receive a confirmation or cancellation email.

When the Booking is validated, it will appear in your Retreat Bookings page.

You can then directly contact your guests, to give them information about the remaining amount payment procedure, the Retreats further details etc…

In the Retreat Details (if correctly filled up) the Customer already knows when the Retreat Balance amount is requested.
