Why is my booking in pending status?

The availabilities can change very quickly with several sales channels. Consequently, whenever a booking is placed, the Host will have to check the availability. Once checked she/he will validate your booking (within 48hours). You will then receive a Booking Validation email. It is only at this stage that your deposit payment will be withdrawn from your account.

If there is no more availability for this retreat, you will receive an email from Tejomaïa to inform you. Your order will then be cancelled and the withdrawal authorization made on your account at payment of the deposit will expire.
