If you’ve only paid the deposit:
If you need to cancel a Retreat, you can contact us directly mentioning your Name, surname, Title of The Retreat, Dates of the Retreat and specific reason if any.
If you’ve already paid the balance amount to the Host:
You also need to contact the Host with your booking details.
You will get reimbursed, according to the Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refundable for cancellation 60+ days before the event start date
- 50% refundable if cancelled 30-59 days before the start date
- 0% refundable less than 30 days before the start date
