What if I need to cancel my Retreat?

Please check our Cancellation Policy for complete details and the Terms of Sales tab of the Retreat.

Both the Deposit & Remaining amount cancellation terms are summed up on the Tab "Rooms & Booking" of the Retreat page.

 

If you’ve only paid the deposit:

If you need to cancel a Retreat, you can contact us letting us know clearly you want to cancel a retreat by mentioning your Name, surname, Order/Booking Nb, and the arrival date of the Retreat. We will then inform the Retreat Organizer about your cancellation.

The Deposit is fully reimbursed 60 days before the Retreat start date.

After this period, depending on the reason, you may be entitled for reimbursement through the credit card used for the payment of the Retreat.

 

If you’ve already paid the balance amount to the Host:

You also need to contact the Host with your booking details (Name, Surname, Order/Bkg number, etc...) and let him know you want to cancel the Retreat. Please add us in copy of the email or send us an email directly to let us know.

The Cancellation Policy of the Retreat will apply for the balance amount part.

Our Cancellation Policy will apply for the deposit amount part.

 

After speaking with the Host, if the cancellation policiy is not being applied, you can contact us to help mediate the dispute.
