Cancellation Policy

Tejomaia manages the deposit part and the Retreat Host manages the remaining amount, consequently there is a cancellation policy for the deposit set by tejomaia and a cancellation policy for the Retreat set by the Retreat organizer.

 

Cancellation Policy for the deposit

  • 100% deposit refund for cancellation 60+ days before retreat start date.
  • < 60 days before the retreat start date the deposit cannot be refund.

 

Cancellation Policy for the remaining amount

Cancellation Info

When purchasing a retreat on tejomaia.com, the cancellation policy for the deposit will apply for the deposit you pay on the site to book your seat. For the remaining amount, the specific cancellation policy of the Retreat will apply.

Before purchasing a retreat, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand each cancellation policy, and to clearly know which policy applies to each retreat. Also do not hesitate to ask clarifications to the host if needed.

 

To cancel your retreat:

1. Send an email to the Host to inform them

2. Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

  • Booking Id or Order nb
  • First name and Last name
  • Retreat name
  • Retreat dates

You will get a feedback within 48h (working hours) (If not the case do not hesitate to send your message again).

 

Cancellation Disputes

In the case of a dispute, it must be reported to us within 24 hours. If necessary, we may help mediate the situation at our discretion.
